Dutch Flightline Aviation Photography is RB and Jol and we're from The Netherlands.

For more than 30 years my wife and I have shared the same professional passion in aviation and photography.

We are both R/C pilots, flying with remote controled airplanes and helicopters. We competed in R/C big-scale aerobatic competitions across Europe for about 15 years, and we both became Dutch R/C Aerobatic Champions.

Airshow photography

After being active as R/C aerobatic pilots, we have moved on to the big aviation and airshow photography.

We have been travelling to airshows and aviation events around Europe ever since. Making lots of pictures and expanding our aviation and airshow network.

For our airshow pictures we're using Nikon cameras and lenses and DxO PhotoLab for post-processing.

Our passion

My interest in photography started at a young age with the analog camera of my father. Making not that great pictures, mostly learning about photography.

Later in highschool, I did a course in developing b/w photos.

I remember well: on page 1 of the manual of my first Nikon digital SRL was stating: digital photography is a lifelong learning experience. Still learning every day.

Jol has always been interested in computers and digital imaging, such as Adobe Photoshop. Making art long before Ai was invented.

So when photography became digital:

In aviation photography we feel the synergy very valuable.

The importance of mutual understanding between pilots, airshow organisers and photographers results in better pictures.

That's why you will often find us on the flightline or even beyond talking with pilots, crew or airshow organisers.

We're offering high quality aviation pictures and professional aviation photo shoots from runway to the clouds.

That's our passion.
